- Permanent Part-time Friday, Saturday & Sunday 6:45 - 2:45
- Pay rate – $38.00 - $41.40 per hour + superannuation

As a member of the team, you will be providing a high standard of nursing clinical care with an individual, person centred approach to all residents within our residential aged care home.
About the Role:
- Providing direct clinical nursing care to residents in line with best practice nursing procedures
- Supporting your peers and maintaining a cooperative team spirit
- Working in a safe manner to protect yourself, your colleagues and residents closely following all policies and procedures
To be successful in this role you’ll need
- A kind heart and genuine passion for providing high quality care to the elderly
- Current AHPRA registration following completion of a Diploma of Nursing or similar
- Thorough understanding of the Aged Care Legislation and Aged Care Quality Standards
- Demonstrated understanding of AN-ACC assessment processes
- Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of the aging process, particularly age – related health issues
- Good coaching/training skills
- Effective conflict resolution skills with a high level of emotional intelligence
- Strong customer-centric approach to business
- Able to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team
- Willingness to apply for a Police Check and NDIS clearance
