Built on a 130-year-old history, our innovative thinking, assets, and capabilities support national interests, help businesses to operate efficiently, and let people get on with their day-to-day lives. **The Job:** We have an exciting full time permanent opportunity for an experienced **Van Driver** at our **Port Hedland Depot**. **Some Benefits:*** Full Time Permanent position* Additional weekly location allowance* 15% superannuation* Monday to Friday shifts* Overtime available when required* High priority to safety and keeping our team members safe.* All PPE and uniforms are provided.**Some Key Responsibilities:*** To represent Team Global Express in a professional manner while picking up freight from customers and delivering to customers and in a consistent and timely manner.* To ensure freight is securely loaded and unloaded and lifted/transported in accordance with safety regulations.* Adhering to scanning and Proof of Delivery procedures and safe and law-abiding driving practices. The driver is expected to understand and respect TGE’s OH&S policies and procedures.* Manage and collect all consignment paperwork and/or manifests and notes at pickup points.* Ensure freight is packaged in a safe and effective manner.**About you:** Skills & Experience* Excellent communication and customer service skills.* Current manual C Class Licence* Experience in pick-up and delivery of general and express freight.* Experience with radio communications systems preferable* Ability to pass pre-checks (medical/background/D&A)**About Team Global Express**Team Global Express (TGE) is an Australian-owned transport and logistics business delivering to Australia and New Zealand.
