Merchandising Accounts Assistant – Casual (4 days Hybrid) EVT HQ

An opportunity has arisen for a Merchandising Accounts Assistant to join the EVT entertainment finance team.

Your core responsibilities will include;

- Coding a high volume of invoices using the Coupa invoicing system and resolving discrepancies and irregularities as they arise.
- Liaising with external suppliers and cinema personnel
- Preparation and review of the Coupa accrual reconciliation
- Assisting the financial accountant with month end processes including variance checks where necessary

To be successful in this role, you will be organised and efficient with a strong work ethic and a keen eye for detail. The applicant must be available to work 4 days per week on a casual basis and be available during the month end process. This position is ideal for those who would be looking to gain some experience in a commercial accounts role which offers valuable experience and flexibility.
