We're hiring for a Change Analyst. In this new role, you’ll be supporting the change management analytical and reporting requirements for projects/programs. This includes reviewing and analysing business processes, assessing impacts on people, technology and transition activities, and collating and interpreting data to report on change progress, status and risks. You’ll be working closely with project and change managers, and will contribute to developing the change strategy and support the planning and execution of change management activities. This includes engaging with a diverse range of stakeholders, building the case for change through data analysis, evaluating change impacts and requirements, and designing effective intervention solutions.

You will also create communications collateral to support engagement. The position applies a structured methodology and toolset to deliver change in alignment with the enterprise change management framework and recognised industry best practice standards.

What you’ll deliver with us

- Supports senior change roles to develop the program change strategy and plan including collation of data to establish the case for change.

- Supports the change and project managers with the integration of change management activities into the overall program plan.

- Collects and analyses data for stakeholder engagement planning and execution and to identify change impacts and identify change solutions to manage impacts to people, process and technology.

- In conjunction with change and project managers, gather data, evaluate results, prepare reports and present findings in a logical and easy to understand manner to complete change impact and business readiness assessments.

- Work with business representatives to plan and deliver effective change management activities to ensure the business is ready and able for the transition. Continue to provide support to ensure business areas are effectively managing the change.

- Support the change manager to identify and evaluate project/program stakeholders and develop stakeholder engagement plans.

About you

You bring significant experience in analysis and information management, with the ability to break down complex problems and processes into clear, actionable insights. Skilled in supporting the planning and delivery of organisational change, you can document current and future states, identify and evaluate business impacts, and formulate effective change plans. You collaborate closely with project teams to assess stakeholders and develop engagement strategies, while building strong relationships across diverse locations, levels and divisions. Proficient in applying change management methodologies and tools, you also demonstrate superior capability with the Office 365 suite and related platforms. Your experience includes crafting and presenting employee communications, proposals and business cases, and thriving in fast‑paced project environments with a solid understanding of project management principles.

You’ll also need

- Change Management methods, principles and practices (e.g. ADKAR/PROSCI)

- Solid understanding of PM disciplines

- Exceptional written, verbal, and visual communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and influence cross‑functional teams and senior stakeholders.
