Overview

We are partnering with a leading national organisation to appoint Business Development Managers across multiple states.

This opportunity offers the chance to represent a respected brand with a strong reputation for delivering value to businesses across Australia. We are seeking driven sales professionals to spearhead growth in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide, Canberra, and Tasmania.

Key Responsibilities

- Proactively identify, engage, and secure new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver tailored client solutions.
- Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales targets.

Key Requirements

- Demonstrated success in B2B business development or solution-based sales.
- Confident communicator with strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and resilient under pressure.
- Familiarity with your local business landscape (corporate, government, or industry-specific sectors) will be highly regarded.
