Our Risk Management Group (RMG) is dedicated to supporting Macquarie’s businesses by identifying, assessing, and managing risks. As part of this team, you will collaborate across our global operations to ensure data delivery initiatives align with business needs and regulatory requirements, driving effective risk management and governance practices.

What role will you play?
As a Central Data Product Manager, you will lead the portfolio of data delivery initiatives for the Risk Management Group, acting as the central point of accountability for data products. You will define and manage the lifecycle of data products, ensuring alignment with business objectives and governance standards. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will foster collaboration, manage priorities, and oversee the successful delivery of data solutions that meet the evolving needs of the organisation.
What you offer
- Proven experience in data product management, portfolio management, or a similar role within financial services or risk management.
- Strong understanding of data management principles, including governance, quality, and lifecycle management.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
- Organisational skills with experience in tools such as JIRA and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies, data platforms, and analytics solutions, with certifications in related fields being advantageous.

About the Risk Management Group
Our Risk Management Group works as an independent, centralised function, responsible for independent and objective review and challenge, oversight, monitoring and reporting in relation to Macquarie’s material risks. We are a global team that aims to manage the risks of today and anticipate the risks of tomorrow. Our divisions include compliance, credit, financial crime risk, market risk, operational risk, aggregate risk and prudential, and central.
