As a Beverages Machine Operator, you'll play a key part in delivering high-quality products (like Up&Go, So Good and Alternative Dairy Co.) while gaining expertise in our production processes. You'll work alongside a passionate, supportive team and report to the Senior Team Leader on the Night Shift. This is a casual position, which means that shifts will be provided to the successful candidate on an as needed basis. To be successful in this position, you will need to be available to work the following hours:
Night Shift Hours
Monday Morning: 1:00am-7:00am
Monday Night – Thursday Night: 11:00pm-7:00am
Responsibilities
- Coordinate activities with other Beverage's areas for efficient and continuous operations.
- Move product, restock materials and follow instructions as per the production process.
- Record data as required and undertake product and quality testing.
- Clean machinery and maintain hygiene in the production area.
- Take part in continuous improvement activities.
Qualifications and Skills
- Experience in FMCG is viewed highly, but not critical.
- Ability to undertake manual handling of up to 25kg.
- Ability to follow instructions and procedures.
- Ability to cope with pressures and setbacks in a constructive manner.
- Ability to analyse information and make decisions accordingly.
- Strong commitment to Workplace Health and Safety.
