What is our opportunity?

At Asuria your role is to empower individuals to achieve sustainable employment. You will be required to meet specific targets, provide tailored guidance/coaching, job placement and ongoing support to your client group. Your commitment to understanding the unique employment needs of your clients and collaborating with employers to bridge the gap between talent and opportunity, is a key driver of success in this role.

- Experience within Employment Services industry is highly advantageous
- Demonstrated experience in customer service, sales, contact centre or recruitment will set you up for success
- Proven success within target driven environments is critical

A valid Police Check and Working with Children Check are mandatory requirements prior to commencement of employment. Successful candidates must set up a myGovID in order to access Government data aligned to role.

Who are you?

We are looking for you to bring a commitment to making a difference through connecting and supporting your clients into sustainable employment. A confident communicator with exceptional interpersonal skills, you’ll also bring experience in coaching, mentoring, and case management within employment services or a similar field.

Problem-solving and goal-setting abilities are key, alongside a solid understanding of the local labour market and employment pathways. Organisational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in administrative and IT tasks will also be important. Adaptability and resilience will assist you to navigate the diverse needs of job seekers and employers alike.

You must be able to balance empathy, dignity, and respect in your daily work with a drive to ensure we achieve positive business outcomes.
