Job Overview

The Operations Associate position at FOREVER is an exciting entry-level opportunity within our company. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in ensuring clients' orders are completed efficiently and with the utmost quality. We take great pride in our productive and collaborative work environment, where each team member takes ownership of their responsibilities.

Your primary responsibilities will include receiving and entering orders into our system, digitizing various types of legacy media, and ensuring the timely completion and shipment of client orders on a daily basis. To excel in this role, the ideal candidate must be adept at working both independently and as part of a team. We are looking for someone who is highly organized, capable of effectively multitasking, and able to maintain a high level of focus. Attention to detail is paramount, as we consistently strive to deliver the best possible outcomes for our clients. Team Member Responsibilities:

- Ensure the security and confidentiality of all client and company materials

- Receive, inventory, and enter orders into our system as they arrive

- Ship orders that have been fulfilled

- Provide professional and excellent service to all our clients

- Perform other administrative duties required by your Direct Manager and other team members
