About the role

We have an opportunity for a Manager - Strategic Intelligence & Policy to be part of our State Intelligence Command. The Manager - Strategic Intelligence and Policy provides high-level strategic and policy advice to ensure senior decision makers are informed on emerging crime and law enforcement trends and issues. The position also leads and manages the delivery of strategic intelligence reporting, targeting, and policy to provide complex strategic analysis and make high-level recommendations for consideration by the senior NSWPF executive. Through the provision of high level advice and support to the Director, Strategic Intelligence and Capability, the Manager - Strategic Intelligence and Policy ensures NSWPF intelligence is informed and influential on committees and partnerships with other law enforcement and intelligence agencies.

A requirement of this role is to obtain and maintain a Negative Vetting Level 1 (NV1) National Security Clearance within 12 months of commencement in the role.

Base salary ranges from $149,739 to $173,174 plus employer's contribution to superannuation of 12% and annual leave loading.
