Performance and Insights Analyst

As our highly valued Performance and Insights Analyst based in Brisbane, your role will be to provide analysis critical business support across the Operations Office to ensure efficiency and efficacy of business processes. You are pivotal to the delivery of accurate operational reporting, business support across our distribution channels, effective FTE management and management of our performance scorecards.

You’ll make an impact by:

- Working collaboratively with various internal and external stakeholders, you are the central point of contact for customer facing team member performance and variable remuneration plans. You will be responsible for the execution of Scorecard Incentive Program (SIP) aligning reward with performance outcomes. This is a pivotal aspect of driving performance and supporting customers across the bank.

- You play a vital role in proactively maintaining records and governance across distribution reporting and business reporting infrastructure.

- You proactively find opportunities to present and share insights to drive efficiency and budget achievement across the Operations division.

Do things differently with us

To succeed in this role, you will have:

- 5+ years’ experience working in performance or business analyst role.

- Demonstrated experience in problem solving and working autonomously.

- Experience building reports using data analysis tools e.g. advanced excel, databricks is highly desirable.

- Experience working within a financial services organisation (desirable).

- Degree qualified in business, finance, IT or related discipline, or equivalent operational experience.
