About this position

Support the delivery of Leisure World services while maintaining high standards in public relations and customer care.

Your role includes:

- Supervising the pool to ensure a safe aquatic environment
- Identifying and reducing risks
- Acting as a positive role model
- Providing lifesaving assistance and first aid

Make a difference in a vibrant, community-focused setting.

What we are looking for

- Demonstrated experience working as a lifeguard in a centre-based facility
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with a diverse range of people
- Availability to work weekend, early morning, and evening shifts, as required
- Working with Children Check card
- Pool Lifeguard certificate
- Current police clearance (less than three months old). Please note: This is not essential to apply for the role but will be required at a later stage of the recruitment process as it is an appointment condition.
