An exciting contract opportunity exists for a Senior Technical Business Analyst with enterprise Integration experience to join a leading Australian Retailer as part of a tier one technology program.
Working within an Agile delivery squad, you'll play a pivotal role in defining and documenting integration requirements, shaping technical specifications for APIs, and enabling seamless collaboration across business and technology teams. This is a high-profile project that offers immediate impact and long-term career prospects.

This is: what you'll do

- Capture and define integration requirements with business and technical stakeholders
- Document interface technical specifications and end-to-end workflows
- Develop use cases, user stories, and wireframes to support delivery clarity
- Facilitate backlog grooming, workshops, and agile ceremonies
- Collaborate closely with developers, architects, and delivery leads to ensure solution alignment
- Support integration testing, validation, and quality outcomes
- Drive clear communication channels between business and technical teams

- Demonstrated experience as a Technical/Senior Business Analyst in complex technology environments
- Strong understanding of API development and integration requirements
- Proven experience working in Agile delivery squads (with exposure to hybrid Waterfall/Agile models highly valued)
- Expertise with BA techniques such as User Stories, Use Cases, Wireframing, and Process Documentation
- Ability to manage diverse stakeholder groups and facilitate effective communication
- Strong analytical skills with a delivery mindset and attention to detail
