This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on production, offering the opportunity to shape engaging content that drives results.**What you'll do*** Working closely with the Senior Content Manager on creative ideation for major campaigns and initiatives* Manage end-to-end production processes from concept to delivery* Coordinate with internal teams, external talent, and creative partners* Create compelling face-to-camera content with confidence* Partner with our Social Media Specialist to optimise engagement and streamline operations for BAU activities* Oversee talent and vendor relationships to ensure seamless project delivery* Drive video content output as a core performance metric - whether producing with internal/external talent or creating content yourself* Assist with invoicing and budget management during high-volume periods or when senior management is pulled elsewhere* Manage multiple projects simultaneously with competing deadlines**What you'll need for this role****Key Qualification Requirements:*** Proven project management experience with strong attention to detail* Natural collaboration skills and team-focused mindset* Baseline analytical abilities to measure and improve content performance* Confidence both in front of and behind the camera* Experience managing external talent and vendor relationships* Basic video editing skills* Understanding of different content formats, platform requirements, best practices* File management and asset organisation capabilities* Stay current with social media trends and platform updates***Advantageous (but not essential)*:*** Financial literacy and market knowledge* Podcast production experience* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva**How we work**We try to take a thoughtful approach to our ways of working as a company.
