We’re excited to be recruiting for a Customer Service Representative role within our Moorabbin Head Office to focus on our own Retail stores across all Salomon and Wilson. This is a pivotal role that will require superior organizational and communication skills, and an interest in our brands / sport / the outdoors will ensure you are aligned to our company culture.

Responsibilities will include:

- Using SAP and Microsoft Office
- Responding to our Retail Stores enquiries via telephone and email to provide problem resolution
- Approving and processing replacement products or value credit to consumers
- Preparing stock for return to inventory
- Investigating repair options for items
- Gathering information and reporting on feedback from customers
- Preparing reports for vendor claims
- Extensive liaison with various departments

Working in a small team, the role will require adaptability, flexibility and a high degree of communication to ensure customer satisfaction is guaranteed and processes are adhered to. Experience of working in the sporting goods industry will be highly regarded.
