This role supports the full Dellner Glass Solutions business unit, focusing on the Project Management team's efforts to ensure smooth project transitions from engineering to production.
About the RoleYou will assist the Head of Project Management in planning and executing projects, monitoring progress, reporting risks, and communicating updates to stakeholders. You will independently manage projects by creating detailed plans, allocating resources, tracking budgets, leading multidisciplinary teams across sites, coordinating stakeholder communication, and managing overall project risks to achieve objectives and deliverables on time and in full.
Key Responsibilities- Developing and implementing project plans, including resource allocation and risk management
- Leading multidisciplinary teams and facilitating communication among stakeholders
- Tracking project progress, identifying potential issues, and reporting updates to relevant parties
- Maintaining accurate project documentation and ensuring adherence to company policies
- Fostering a culture of continuous improvement through lessons learned and best practices sharing
- 1-3 years of experience in project management, coordination, or similar roles
- Background in manufacturing, preferably in aluminium or glass processing
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and coordinate with colleagues
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive attitude towards achieving project goals
- Experience with project management software and methodologies
- Familiarity with budgeting, scheduling, and risk management principles
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or project management, or certifications like CAPM or PRINCE2 Foundation are desirable
