Overview

Senior Document Controller – (9-Month Contract)

We’re seeking a highly adaptable Senior Document Controller to support a major mining client across 22 concurrent projects. The scope of the role is focused on streamlining documentation processes and rewriting playbooks to improve project handovers and team onboarding. Full-time in-office for the first month, then up to 2 days WFH.

Responsibilities

- Supporting documentation needs across multiple projects—not tied to any single stream
- Rewriting and standardising playbooks to improve cross-project agility
- Jumping in quickly and delivering without needing extensive onboarding
- Collaborating with various teams to ensure documentation is clear, compliant, and accessible

Essential criteria

- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Senior Document Controller
- Strong familiarity with mining sector terminology, workflows, and documentation standards
- Experience using InEight (preferred) or similar
- Someone who thrives in fast-paced, multi-project environments and can work independently

Casual Loading

Please note for all Australian based contract and temporary roles only, the pay rate is inclusive of mandatory 25% casual loading. This excludes permanent and fixed term roles.
