What you'll be doing
This role provides first-level customer support and triage for EMR and IPM clinical user accounts across Western Sydney and Nepean Blue Mountains Local Health Districts.
- Assisting internal and external healthcare providers.
- Supporting eMR and IPM systems.
- Triage of incoming calls to the EHR Design Team.
- Managing clinical user account issues.
- Ensuring timely resolution of support requests.

What we offer
Employment Type: Temporary Full Time (Up to 2 years)
Position Classification: Health Manager Level 1
Remuneration: $42.58 - $56.65 per hour
Hours Per Week: 38
Location: Cumberland Hospital, North Parramatta
Selection Criteria
- Demonstrated experience of service desk call handling and triage fulfillment processes, in line with State-Wide Service Desk objectives.
- Ability to handle multiple assignments demonstrating effective time management.
- Demonstrated ability to work within a dynamic team with a positive attitude who can adapt to new tasks and requirements as required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to develop and maintain documentation.
- Demonstrated time management and organisation skills to meet deliverables.
- Proven ability to function as a self-motivated multi skilled analyst, working collaboratively in a team environment, with a positive proactive attitude, who can effectively work with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrated experience in eMR and iPM account creation tools.
