We are now looking for an experienced Junior Sous Chef who will be integral in bringing this restaurant to life.

Role

This unique opportunity will allow you to work in a premier venue, overseeing the operational performance of the kitchen team and optimising efficiency and effectiveness. Collaborating with the Head Chef, you will actively contribute to menu changes and ensure the delivery of exceptional food and service standards. Additionally, you will assist with rostering, food costing, and stock ordering.

What you will look like

You should possess demonstrated experience and knowledge of working in a similar kitchen environment in a leadership position. Your ability to inspire, engage, and develop your team will be key in optimising kitchen performance. You should thrive in fast-paced service environments and have a track record of developing training programs or teaching and training junior staff. Attention to detail and a strong commitment to providing extraordinary customer service are essential in enhancing the overall guest experience at Huami.

Of course, it goes without saying that you will also possess the relevant qualifications as well as your Food Safety Certificate.
