About the Role

As a Front Office Supervisor, you’ll be the heartbeat of our guest experience, leading the way to create unforgettable stays. Working closely with the Front Office Manager and a dynamic team, you’ll support with every aspect of the Front Office operation—from guest registration and concierge services to reservations and beyond. Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily Front Office operations, ensuring seamless guest experiences and prompt resolution of guest needs and concerns.

- Supervise and support Front Office team members, providing guidance during peak periods and fostering a culture of service excellence.

- Monitor room availability, rate accuracy, and billing instructions to maximise occupancy, revenue, and compliance with credit policies.

- Liaise with Finance to ensure adherence to credit procedures and approve discounts, rebates, and upgrades where appropriate.

- Coordinate with other hotel departments to maintain “Room Ready on Arrival” standards and deliver personalised amenities for VIP and EVT PGR guests.

- Drive revenue opportunities by identifying and implementing promotional strategies in collaboration with hotel outlets and partners.

- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, uniform, and professional conduct across front-of-house and back-of-house areas.

- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and training of Front Office colleagues, ensuring engagement through briefings, recognition, and team-building activities.

Skills & Experience

- 1-2+ years of experience in hotel front office operations, ideally in a leadership or supervisory role within a fast-paced hotel or similar property.

- Proven ability to deliver exceptional guest service with confidence, professionalism, and a dynamic, vibrant personality.

- Strong knowledge of Property Management Systems (preferably Opera) and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with superior decision-making and problem-solving abilities.

- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks, conflicting deadlines, and varying guest situations in a fast-paced environment.

- Demonstrated leadership and teamwork skills, with a focus on self-development and driving superior results through engagement and collaboration.

- Experience in managing guest feedback channels, resolving complaints, and driving continuous service improvement.
