Do you want to protect and enforce laws pertaining to our natural resources, public land environments and wildlife?

As a Forest & Wildlife Officer you will play an important role in monitoring compliance with relevant laws, investigating alleged breaches of these laws and taking enforcement action where appropriate.

You will also encourage voluntary compliance through educating the community about the laws governing biodiversity, public land and wildlife in Victoria.

- Demonstrated analytical and investigative skills.

- A Certificate IV in government investigations (or an equivalent qualification) and/or experience in the application of environmental regulation is highly desirable.

- Knowledge and understanding of conservation regulatory legislation, policy and the planning and delivery of compliance operations.
