The Role
We are seeking a full‑time Construction Project Manager to oversee multiple residential and commercial projects from start to finish. The role involves managing programs, budgets, and resources; coordinating subcontractors and suppliers; ensuring WHS and NCC compliance; and maintaining high standards of quality through to project handover.
Responsibilities
- Oversee multiple residential and commercial projects from start to finish.
- Manage programs, budgets, and resources while ensuring compliance with WHS and NCC.
- Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers to maintain high standards of quality.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Building, or a related discipline.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractors across multiple projects.
- Strong knowledge of Australian building codes, WHS legislation, and the NCC.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
