About the Role
- A Building Services Manager is required to work initially on one of our major Data Centre projects (Huntingwood area) – Work secured within Data Centres well into 2028.
- You will be responsible for the team coordinating major M&E packages on this Data Centre project.
- You should be able to read and interpret drawings.
- Manage and work closely with the M&E Sub-contractors and other Service Trades effectively.
- You will work directly under the Project Manager, heading up a services team of 5, attend all the meetings and support him through the full life cycle of the project.
To be successful in this role you would require
- A very strong focus on Building Services and preferably have a Mechanical or Electrical degree coupled with 10+ years’ site experience in the commercial construction industry
- Commercial construction delivery experience on large projects within a top tier environment.
- Extensive experience with Building Services on projects in excess of $200m ideally within the Healthcare or Data Centre spaces
- Ability to motivate and mentor those around you.
- You will have worked for a Building Services sub-contractor or for a main building contractor fulfilling a senior level role
- Steady employment background showing great tenure with past employers and show a desire to commit to a long-term role and advance your career.
