The Role As a key member of the leadership team you will partner with the Principal to develop and advance a clear vision for the Humanities and Social Sciences (HASS) team in line with the school’s whole‑school goals. Your responsibilities include: - Supporting teachers to broaden pedagogical breadth and deliver dynamic, engaging learning across guided, supported and independent stages. - Mentoring the HASS team, providing clear feedback and maintaining accountability to improve student outcomes. - Implementing culturally responsive practices and leading their adoption within HASS. - Planning and managing an SCSA‑aligned curriculum, including ATAR courses and the revised Western Australian curriculum for HASS. - Analyzing assessment data to guide instructional improvements and support staff in effective teaching and assessment cycles. - Leading the development of engaging HASS senior‑school curriculum to increase student interest and success.
