You’ll provide strategic clinical oversight, embedding governance, quality frameworks, and scalable service models across multiple clinic sites and community programmes. Working closely with the executive and senior leadership team, you’ll build leadership capability, influence service delivery strategy, and mentor emerging leaders. You’ll provide strategic clinical oversight, embedding governance, quality frameworks, and scalable service models across multiple clinic sites and community programmes. Working closely with the executive and senior leadership team, you’ll build leadership capability, influence service delivery strategy, and mentor emerging leaders.

Your Duties

- Deliver strategic clinical leadership and governance across diverse teams.
- Build and embed a structured clinical governance framework and lead performance accountability structures.
- Collaborate with executives and clinical leaders to scale clinical programs across NSW.
- Work flexibly at a location in Sydney nearest to you with WFH options too

Requirements / Skills

- Experience in clinical governance, team leadership or private practice management
- AHPRA registration as a Clinical (preferred) or General Psychologist
- Full Australian Work Rights
