About the Role

As a Permanent Part-Time Sales Team Member, you/u2019ll drive store success through outstanding customer service and a passion for selling. You/u2019ll be responsible for maximizing sales, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and supporting daily operations while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Roster

This role offers permanent fixed shifts on a rotating roster, providing stability while offering the flexibility to balance your personal and professional life. This is a Supervisory role which involves overseeing the store, opening and closing procedures, managing the team, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Roster: Monday 10am-5.45pm | Tuesday 10am-5.45pm | Friday 10am-5.45pm | Saturday (Supervisor) 8.45am-5.15pm (27.75hrs)

Responsibilities

- Drive sales by achieving daily and team sales targets through effective customer interactions.
- Provide exceptional customer service and fitting room assistance to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Maintain and replenish stock efficiently to ensure a well-stocked, visually appealing store.
- Support with visual merchandising and layout changes to uphold store presentation standards.
