THE POSITION

We currently have a position available for Car Park Attendants working on a rotating roster at our Gold Coast car parks

Reporting to the Car Park Manager, this exciting role will expose you to all aspects of car park operations within the Gold Coast, with focus on friendly, efficient customer service. On a daily basis, you will have responsibility for the efficient operation of the car parks on the site, providing a great customer experience to the large volume of customers who use the car parks.

- Monday to Sunday shifts available between 4:30AM – 11.30PM
- 6-8 hour shifts
- Level 2 Car Park Award
- Full Driver’s licence needed

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Your friendly and hardworking nature will play a major role in your success. To be successful in this role you will:

- Previous customer service experience (ideally in retail environments, call centre operations, or other customer service industries);
- Genuine passion for providing excellent customer service, and;
- Eligibility to work in Australia
- Full Manual Driver's licence with excellent driving skills
- Be experienced working in a busy environment
- Have computer literacy
- Be able to work independently and as part of a team
- A willingness to learn and grow with the company
- Valet experience preferred, but not essential

Candidates will be required to complete a national police check.

In addition to standard Award Employment Conditions, you will receive uniforms, appropriate training and free parking when working.
