Overview

CELOTTI WORKFORCE is seeking an experienced Civil Supervisor to oversee subdivision works and ensure all civil packages are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. This position offers the opportunity to lead on-site operations, coordinate subcontractors, and play a key role in driving successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate all civil works including bulk earthworks, roadworks, drainage, sewer, water, and services installation.

- Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and labour to maintain productivity and workflow.

- Ensure compliance with project specifications, plans, and relevant industry standards.

- Monitor progress against project schedules and provide regular updates to the Project Manager.

- Oversee and enforce WHS compliance, including toolbox talks and safety inspections.

- Liaise with engineers, surveyors, and consultants to resolve design or construction issues.

- Maintain accurate site records, daily diaries, progress reports, and QA documentation.

- Deliver all works to a high standard of quality, safety, and cost efficiency.

Our Ideal Candidate

- Proven experience as a Civil Supervisor within subdivisions, land development, or townhouse projects.

- Strong technical understanding of bulk earthworks, drainage, roads, and underground services.

- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and construction programs.

- Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to drive onsite performance.

- Thorough understanding of WHS and QA processes.

- Trade or tertiary qualifications in Civil Construction or Engineering (desirable).

- Current driver’s licence and construction white card required.
