Prosperity Advisers Group is seeking a visionary Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive team and drive financial excellence across our growing national practice. About the Role

As CFO, you’ll be a strategic partner to the CEO, COO, and Partners, leading financial governance, performance, and planning. You’ll oversee budgeting, reporting, treasury, and risk management, while guiding a high‑performing finance team and contributing to firm‑wide growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive financial strategy and commercial insights to support decision‑making
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes
- Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, and audit obligations
- Manage cash flow, capital planning, and funding
- Champion process improvement and systems efficiency
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

About You

- CA or CPA qualified (FCA/FCPA preferred)
- 10+ years in senior financial leadership, ideally in professional services and multi‑entity environments
- Proven ability to lead teams and partner with CEO, COO and Management Committee
- Strong technical accounting, governance, and commercial acumen
- Strategic thinker with excellent communication and stakeholder skills
