What role will you play?
In this role, you will lead a team of change readiness managers and coordinators to prepare, manage and support changes in line with the agreed change framework. You will collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to develop and implement change management plans across a range of small, medium, and large initiatives.
What you offer
Demonstrated people leadership and change management experience within a retail banking environment
Strong experience engaging and communicating with leadership to create awareness and promote buy-in for change as part of agreed communication plans
Ability to monitor and measure the success of change initiatives throughout implementation and as part of post-implementation review
Experience identifying areas for improvement to continually improve the client and user experience throughout change
Exceptional stakeholder influencing skills to bring colleagues on the journey as our business continues to change and evolve.
