The Energy Solutions team is in the privileged position to play a meaningful role in what is the biggest challenge of our generation – climate change. We will achieve this by rapidly leveraging our privileged assets, brands, customer bases and expertise across geographies to accelerate the rollout of our alternative energy market offerings. We are committed to reducing our own emissions and to playing an important role in assisting our customers to navigate the energy transition by reducing their transport emissions.
We are bold and ambitious regional champions for the areas of the energy transition we commit to enable. We create innovative solutions to meet our customers’ needs, making their energy transition easy.
About the Role
The Distribution Network Lead acts as the central point of coordination for the onboarding and ongoing management of third-party Embedded Network Operators (ENOs) to support the deployment of EV chargers at destination sites. This role ensures the smooth execution of end-to-end processes, including contract management, billing, performance monitoring, and internal governance. You will work closely with both internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure all commercial, operational, and technical requirements are met. The position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong relationship management skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end onboarding and management of Embedded Network Operators (ENOs) for EV charger deployments
- Execute and manage contractual agreements with new ENOs
- Oversee ongoing contract and relationship management, including renewals and charging reviews
- Administer billing processes, including invoice validation and reconciliation
- Develop and manage internal governance processes and monitor network performance metrics
About you
You are a commercially driven professional with a solid track record in managing third-party relationships within complex operational environments. With proven expertise in contract execution, governance, and billing processes, you bring both structure and adaptability to meet evolving business needs. Confident in navigating commercial negotiations, you excel in stakeholder-facing roles where building strong relationships is essential. Your deep understanding of the energy sector, combined with strong organisational and analytical skills, enables you to balance detailed execution with strategic thinking effectively.
Key Skills and Experience
- Proven experience onboarding and managing third-party relationships, including contract execution and ongoing management, preferably within the energy markets sector, energy retail, or property management
- Strong relationship management skills with the ability to build effective partnerships with external stakeholders
- Solid understanding of accounting, contract administration, and internal governance processes
- Commercially astute with hands-on experience in contract negotiation and execution
- Bachelor's Degree in business, commerce, engineering or equivalent experience
- Our total remuneration is competitive. This is across base salary, car allowance, a company performance incentive, employee share offers and a 25% discount on Fuel for two privately used cars
- We are flexible. Many of our teams have embraced hybrid work, balancing time spent remote working, with time spent at an office to connect and work together where it adds value.
- Remote Working: Support for up to 3 months remote international working (conditional to 5 days paid leave for every 30 days of remote work).
- We value recognition. We have an internal recognition platform amplifying the achievements of those who do great work and demonstrate our capabilities and values.
- Career development and learning opportunities including LinkedIn Learning and other tailored training solutions.
- Paid Parental Leave - up to 12 weeks paid Parental leave, and up to a year off (unpaid). In addition to the 12 months of unpaid parental leave, employees may apply for a further 12 months of unpaid parental leave (a total of 24 months for each birth)
