Practitioner, Supported Residential Service Outreach and Assistance Program (SRS OAP)
- 45 hours per fortnight, maximum‑term position until May 2026
About the role
The Practitioner, SRS OAP role supports the administration of funding agreements, contracts and financial functions to support the delivery of the program on behalf of the Department of Health Victoria. A key responsibility of the role is ensuring allocated funds are used in accordance with agreed Collaborative Plans and Safety and Amenity Plans, as well as other non‑recurrent funds as allocated by the Department of Health Victoria, arranging payment of invoices and activities generated from the SRS Proprietors.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of the Supported Residential Service Outreach & Assistance Program contracts.
- Assist with the completion and submission of the SRS Collaborative Plans and Safety and Amenity Plans to the Department of Health Victoria as the funding body.
- Ensure compliance documentation is completed and submitted as required in accordance with contractual requirements.
- Arrange payment and process invoices in accordance with funding agreements between SRS Proprietors and the Department of Health Victoria as the funding body.
- Facilitate compliance visits to each SRS.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in an advanced administrative role.
- High level of initiative and ability to work autonomously.
- Ability to build strong networks and relationships with people at all levels.
