At Right at Home Moreton Bay, we specialise in-home care supporting those living with complex and post-operative needs, dementia, cognitive decline and elderly clients. We are committed to improving the quality of life for our clients to ensure they remain independent within their own home.

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Relationship Manager to join our care team. This is a permanent full-time position located in our Caboolture office.

Things that work for us:

1. Previous experience working as a Business Development Manager, Account Manager or similar sales-based position.
2. Your input towards marketing initiatives and campaigns, and execute instructed business development strategies.
3. Networking abilities and attendance to conferences, meetings and industry events where necessary.
4. Your networking abilities with stakeholders to complete service agreements, develop and manage client budgets and coordinate services.
5. Your ability to demonstrate excellent customer service, and portfolio management and experience in managing and cultivating ongoing and meaningful relationships with clients.
6. You will be a brand ambassador for Right at Home Moreton Bay who has a thorough understanding of Home Care Packages, MyAged Care and other health care funded programs.

Mandatory requirements:

1. Working rights within Australia.
2. Australian criminal history/police check.
3. Blue Card (WWCC) for paid employment.
4. Valid driver’s licence + comprehensive insured vehicle.
