About this opportunity:

- Own the eCommerce strategy to ensure that solutions are flexible and scalable to meet the requirements of a growing business
- Owning and driving the commercial performance of the website, the eCommerce strategy and the roadmap
- Plan, project manage and deliver creative eCommerce projects, managing the day-to-day requirements of these projects
- Develop, drive and oversee the company’s eCommerce platform - from strategy development through to implementation
- Analyse the eCommerce experience across desktop and mobile to improve conversions
- Site testing and technical analysis of eCommerce platform
- Support the development, execution and evaluation of customer acquisition campaigns in paid search, SEO, display, affiliate, social media and email channels
- Ensure the customer experience is technically flawless to drive incremental sales
- Execute ongoing SEO & CRO improvements
- Set KPI benchmarks from analytics and competitive analysis
- Provide necessary reporting to quantify success and efficiency of digital promotions, paid campaigns, sales and traffic
- Make data-driven decisions, provide detailed ROI analysis and propose best practices or efficiencies to improve
- Explore analytic software opportunities to include visitor activity, EDM campaign effectiveness, in-site search engines and linked sales
- Ensure the company is a market leader from an eCommerce perspective, maintaining a best practice and eCommerce platform that delivers a key brand message
- Manage the eCommerce team to lead best practice performance across the website

You will bring:

- Proficiency in project management methodologies.
- Experience with eCommerce platforms
- Ability to analyze KPIs, web traffic, and conversion metrics to inform project decisions.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and web technologies for effective communication with developers.
- Awareness of search engine optimization and online marketing strategies.
- Strong ability to manage cross-functional teams and client relationships effectively.
- Creative approach to resolving challenges and roadblocks in eCommerce initiatives.
- Precision in managing timelines, budgets, and deliverables for multiple projects.
- Flexibility to handle shifting priorities and fast-paced environments.
- Motivating and guiding team members towards achieving project goal
