This role supports digital trading, outlet operations, and omnichannel execution, combining strong eCommerce operations skills with innovative AI‑driven solutions. You’ll collaborate closely with the Omnichannel Manager, eCommerce Coordinator, and cross‑functional teams to optimise inventory allocation, improve outlet website performance, and deliver impactful campaigns. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to advance their career in a fast‑growing global business.

- Apply prompt engineering to accelerate campaign builds, testing, and localisation.
- Support omnichannel initiatives such as click‑and‑collect and fulfilment processes.
- Collaborate with the eCommerce Coordinator on campaign execution and trading optimisation.
- Apply basic HTML, CSS, and JavaScript skills to troubleshoot and improve content.
- Maintain accurate product listings and stock levels across online and outlet channels.
- Monitor inventory, minimise discrepancies, and optimise replenishment.
- Use AI‑powered forecasting to identify high‑performing products and anticipate demand.
- Oversee daily outlet operations, ensuring availability, merchandising accuracy, and campaign readiness.
- Plan and execute campaigns, promotions, and clearance events with Marketing and Sales.
- Use AI to generate creative campaign variations (banners, copy, layouts).
- Analyse campaign performance using AI‑driven insights and make recommendations for future improvements.
- Track and report on KPIs including sales conversion, stock turnover, and campaign ROI.
- Use AI‑powered analytics to create dashboards and generate insights for trading meetings.
About You
- 2–3 years’ experience in an eCommerce or digital operations role.
- Strong experience with Shopify and CMS platforms; Magento or Salesforce Commerce Cloud is a plus.
- Demonstrated use of AI tools (ChatGPT, MidJourney, Canva AI, DALL·E, etc.) in a professional context.
- Skilled at creating and refining prompts for content, imagery, and reporting.
- Strong stock management and inventory control experience.
- Solid understanding of campaign planning, execution, and analysis.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and apply AI insights.
- Basic web development knowledge (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Organised, adaptable, and proactive with strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Curious and eager to explore new digital tools and AI innovations.
