## Learning DesignerThe Learning Designer is responsible for designing new, accessible, digital learning materials for young people. Reporting to the Education and Events Director, the role is responsible for designing new, accessible, digital learning materials for young people. This role will work with internal teams, external suppliers and subject matter experts to scope, develop and deliver materials that are consistent with organisational priorities.**Key responsibilities** include:* Design and develop effective and accessible interactive content working with internal teams, external suppliers and subject matter experts.* Create instructional content, including user/troubleshooting guides and video content.* Collaborate closely on the design of digital surveys and assessments.* Storyboard and incorporate digital designs, illustrations and animation into learning resources.* Provide professional development for internal teams on visual learning design theory and techniques and enhance digital skills in emerging technologies.**About You**You are passionate about collaborating across teams to create engaging learning experiences that enhance access to justice for young people.
