Join Barossa Hills Fleurieu Local Health Network as the Business Manager - Medical Services and lead the management, development, and optimisation of medical workforce operations. This pivotal role offers a unique opportunity to influence regional health service delivery, drive innovation, and support high-performing medical teams - all with flexible work location options across the Adelaide Hills, Fleurieu, or Barossa regions.

HOW WILL YOU CONTRIBUTE?

- Lead medical workforce planning, rostering, recruitment, credentialing, and training programs.

- Manage and mentor the Medical Administration team, ensuring high‑quality performance and development.

- Drive business improvement, change management, and project implementation aligned with organisational goals.

- Engage with clinical and executive stakeholders to deliver innovative, effective, and efficient medical services.
