About the role

The Executive Project Assistant role will provide high-quality, confidential administrative and project management support and advice to the Executive General Manager, Contracts, Performance & Business Development and Head of Aviation Safety and Quality.

About You

- Reliable and responsive with a can‑do attitude.
- Highly organised, detail‑oriented, skilled in communication and relationship management, able to juggle competing priorities and handle sensitive matters discreetly.

Qualifications

- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite including SharePoint/Teams, PowerPoint, Visio and Outlook.
- Minimum 5 years experience in an administrative management or office management environment, analysing and developing efficient administrative systems and procedures.
- Experience providing executive support for senior leadership roles.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a dynamic environment.
- Experience undertaking projects, investigation, reviews, data consolidation, analysis and research.
