Job Description
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Branch Manager to lead our team, drive revenue growth, and ensure operational excellence based in Port Hedland, WA. You will be responsible for overseeing all branch functions including sales, service, warehouse operations, compliance, and people management; while ensuring we meet and exceed our business targets.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue & Budget Management
- Analyse monthly sales and margin reports, identifying trends and opportunities.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve key business ratios.
- Ensure budgets and financial targets are consistently achieved.
- Oversee accurate and timely completion of key customer invoices.
Sales, Service & Warehouse Operations
- Lead and contribute to sales meetings and initiatives to drive performance.
- Maintain branch security and safety at all times.
- Manage inventory stock loss/gain to agreed annual targets.
- Oversee annual stocktake in line with company guidelines.
- Deliver exceptional service in all customer interactions.
- Lead, coach and develop your team to achieve individual and branch objectives.
- Foster a high-performance, safety-focused, and customer-centric culture.
- Ensure compliance with financial processes, WHS legislation, and company policies.

- Proven experience in branch, store, or operations management.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to interpret financial reports.
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing business improvement strategies.
- Experience leading sales, service, and warehouse operations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Commitment to safety, compliance, and exceptional customer service.
- Forklift and driver's licence
