We will do this by embedding our values to lead the organisation with a focus on safer gambling and good business practices.
Our properties across Brisbane, the Gold Coast and Sydney are world-class with many award-winning hotels, restaurants, bars, and entertainment venues.
As our Head of Identity Lifecycle Management reporting to the Chief Information Security Officer, you will be responsible for leading the organisation's transition to a Zero Trust security model by implementing a comprehensive Identity Lifecycle Management (ILM) program.
This includes defining a robust User Access Review (UAR) process, centralising Identity Governance and administration, and overseeing the onboarding and management of all applications onto the Identity Governance platform.
This is a fantastic opportunity where you will ensure access control aligns with business needs and security requirements, while fostering a culture of least privilege through ongoing training and compliance initiative.
A few of your responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive Identity Lifecycle Management (ILM) program, aligning with the organisation's Zero Trust security strategy.
- Define and implement a robust User Access Review (UAR) process to ensure user access permissions are granted based on the principle of least privilege and reviewed regularly.
- Develop and implement a centralised approach to Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) across the organisation, encompassing user onboarding, role/permission management, and offboarding for all applications within the ecosystem.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation (IT, Security, Business Units) to understand access needs and define access control policies.
- Partner with the Head of Security Consulting to ensure ILM aligns with the overall security strategy and contributes to a robust Zero Trust environment.
What we are looking for:
- Demonstrated ability and proven 10+ years cyber management consulting and experience with preparing presentations and reports for executive and senior management
- Proven ability to develop and maintain strong relationships across business and technology staff
- Demonstrated experience in delivering communications and training activities
- Demonstrated ability to understand and manage process documentation
- Accredited tertiary qualifications in an Information Technology, Cyber Security, Governance, Business or a related discipline
About you:
You thrive in fast-paced environments, where you're comfortable working with individuals at all levels of an organisation. With extensive experience running large-scale projects, you're adept at managing the complexities that come with them, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved. Your ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously, while maintaining high standards and fostering strong relationships, sets you apart as a highly adaptable and effective leader.
Your role will be pivotal in driving impactful outcomes and shaping future solutions by aligning access control with both business needs and security requirements, while fostering a culture of least privilege through continuous training and compliance initiatives.
What we can offer you:
- Complimentary meal on site every day including hot meals, sandwich bar and more.
- This role requires 4 days in the office and 1 day work from home
- Up to 30% discounts across award winning restaurants and accommodation
- An organisation that values diversity, teamwork and being your best self.
