About the position

This is an exciting new role joining our Brand & Marketing team where you will lead the creative strategy, development and growth of our YouTube channel. You would be responsible for planning, scripting, shooting, editing, and appearing on camera to produce educational and storytelling content that reflects the Cullen Difference - unmatched craftsmanship, authenticity, and transparency.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the creative planning, production, and editing of weekly YouTube videos that educate, inspire, and build trust.

- Develop and maintain the content calendar, ensuring a balanced mix of vlog-style storytelling and SEO-driven educational content.

- Research trending jewellery, design, and engagement topics aligned with search intent and audience interest.

- Write, storyboard, and produce content across Cullen’s key YouTube pillars: The Cullen Story, Jewellery Education, and Design & Craftsmanship.

- Film, edit, and produce videos to a professional standard, capturing authentic behind-the-scenes moments and brand stories.

- Operate camera, lighting, and audio equipment confidently in both agile vlog setups and controlled studio environments.

- Present confidently and naturally on camera as a relatable, knowledgeable brand representative.

- Analyse audience insights and performance metrics to continuously improve viewership and engagement.

- Build relationships with YouTube creators for potential collaborations and guest features.

What are we seeking?

- Demonstrated experience creating and managing content or long-form video series.

- Confident, articulate communicator comfortable appearing on camera.

- Strong filming and editing skills - you know your way around camera set ups, lighting and audio capture.

- Demonstrated understanding of YouTube strategy, SEO, analytics, and audience growth.
