- Assess complex problems and needs using critical thinking and data analysis, identifying opportunities for predictive models, including LLM and AI.

- Design innovative solutions and processes from scratch to address identified challenges, managing their end-to-end delivery and ensuring continuous improvements to existing features.

- Support Technology teams throughout the development process, identifying and resolving issues proactively before releases.

- Define, track, and monitor KPIs for all product initiatives, making data-driven decisions and communicating performance to relevant stakeholders.

- Manage the payment backlog for one or multiple Tech teams and actively participate in all agile ceremonies.

- Develop a deep understanding of internal and external stakeholder needs to deliver successful product outcomes.

- Support product commercialization efforts, including proposition development, business case formulation, stakeholder training, and marketing collateral creation.

- Stay informed of market, industry, and regulatory trends in the payment and FinTech space to guide Ebury's product decisions.

About You

- You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in product strategy and execution within top-tier environments (corporate or startups), or a high-growth FinTech/neobank.

- Proven experience implementing payment schemes in the APAC region (e.g., BECS, NPP, CHIPS, etc.) and a solid understanding of the SWIFT network.

- You are a Technical Product Owner within the Payment industry, capable of translating rulebooks or API specifications into actionable requirements.

- A track record of successfully delivering product solutions in a fast-paced, agile organization.

- Exceptional organizational, project management, and analytical skills, with the ability to distill complex problems into manageable parts.

- Strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.

- Proactive with a history of grit, determination, and resourcefulness, coupled with a strong desire for professional development.

- Domain knowledge or a keen interest in Payments or FX.
