With University and TAFE campuses in Ballarat, Berwick, Gippsland, and the Wimmera we are positioned to provide pathways from vocational education and skills training through to higher education.Provide children with a safe and stimulating environment, whilst maintaining effective operations of the centre.* Commercial Services – Ballarat and Gippsland Campuses* Casual opportunity with a competitive hourly rate* $39.55 to $41.56 per hour based on qualifications plus 12% superannuation**About the role**Delivering a range of childcare programs meeting the needs, strengths and interests of the children you will work as part of a team promoting a caring and relaxing environment for each child.You will:* assist with the development of educational programs for children;* support and encourage positive relationships;* work collaboratively and actively contribute to the team environment;* undertake duties to assist in the general running of the centre; and* have sound knowledge of the Child Safe Standards, child safety and child protection.**About you**You will possess a Certificate III or Diploma in Children’s Services. You will provide quality care and learning environments for children whilst understanding health and safety requirements specific to Early Childhood Education. You will have well-developed organisational, written and communication skills including conflict resolution.
