**Positions Available**:

- **Diploma Qualified Educators** - _holding a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care there are numerous opportunities that can open. Our team members who hold their Diploma can look in the future to take on Room Leader roles or progress even further with their careers by enrolling in the accelerated bachelor's program to become a qualified ECT in 18 months, fully supported within the workplace with generous financial incentives_
- **Certificate III Qualified Educators **_- team members who have their Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care are supported by Jenny's ELC to further their professional development by undertaking their Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, fully supported in the workplace._

**About You**:

- You must hold either a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or an ACECQA approved equivalent qualification.
- A demonstrated passion, energy and enthusiasm for Early Childhood Education
- Exceptional communication, customer service skills and an eye for detail
- Solution-focused, positive, 'can-do' attitude with the ability to not just lead but also inspire and motivate a team.
- Passionate about making a difference in the lives of children.
- Fun, exciting and enthusiastic about Early Childhood
- Creative and out of the box thinker that wants to excel in the Early Childhood field.
- Current WWCC, First Aid, and CPR or willingness to obtain.
- A strong understanding of the Jenny's ELC Values
