Job Description
- Greeting patients
- Managing appointment bookings
- Managing payments
- Maintaining comprehensive patient records
- General administrative tasks
- Assisting with rostering, payroll, marketing, training and stock management tasks when required
- Working collaboratively with the supportive, close-knit team
Qualifications
- Experience in the dental industry - minimum of one year’s experience
- Comprehensive knowledge of dental terminology, procedures and software
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional demeanour and presentation
- Excellent organisational skills with close attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise tasks
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced workplace
