In this role you’ll partner with health service providers and CALD communities, focusing on new and emerging migrant and refugee populations. You’ll lead the development and implementation of evidence‑based strategies to improve health outcomes, provide timely and accurate advice to service planners and Population Health colleagues, identify priority health needs and access issues, and support clinical services, management and frontline staff. You’ll build partnerships and network structures that promote access, equity and safety for CALD patients. Working closely with the Multicultural Health and Priority Populations Team, you’ll contribute to innovative partnership projects that build community capacity and health literacy, shaping culturally appropriate models of service delivery using a quality improvement framework.
