About Us

Nepean Blue Mountains Local Health District (NBMLHD) is a recognised leader in the healthcare industry, providing a range of public health services to the Nepean, Blue Mountains, and Lithgow Region. You’ll lead the development and implementation of evidence‑based strategies to improve health outcomes, provide timely and accurate advice to service planners and Population Health colleagues, identify priority health needs and access issues, and support clinical services, management and frontline staff. You’ll build partnerships and network structures that promote access, equity and safety for CALD patients. Working closely with the Multicultural Health and Priority Populations Team, you’ll contribute to innovative partnership projects that build community capacity and health literacy, shaping culturally appropriate models of service delivery using a quality improvement framework.
