Overview

Men's Family Violence Pathways Practitioner – Part-time ongoing role (0.8 FTE) based in Cranbourne North. Salary range is $98k - $105k (pro-rata) + salary packaging benefits up to $18,550 + Super.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated, experienced Family Violence Practitioner at our Cranbourne North Centre to join RAV.

Responsibilities

- Facilitation of Men’s Behaviour Change Programs
- Undertaking eligibility assessments for the Family Violence Programs
- Providing Men’s case management and one-on-one support
- Conducting risk assessment and risk management of program participants
- Developing case plans for eligible clients that identify realistic and achievable change goals
- Engaging each client with other social and universal services as appropriate

About the role

Reporting to the Family Violence Program Manager, you will be based in Cranbourne North. The role is permanent, part-time (0.8 FTE), four days a week, with one evening shift expected per week.

Base salary range: $98k - $105k (pro-rata) per annum.

About you

- Degree in Social Work, or a related social science discipline
- Completion of No to Violence Graduate Certificate in Client Assessment and Case Management (Male Family Violence), or significant relevant group work experience
- Demonstrated experience with a range of family violence and ability to articulate a practice framework including engagement and assessment
