The Opportunity:
Join Expect A Star and help connect passionate Early Childhood educators with permanent roles across Sydney. You will be part of a supportive team that values relationships and meaningful work that makes a difference.

As a permanent recruitment consultant, you will be responsible for:

- Connecting passionate Early Childhood educators with permanent roles across Sydney
- Crafting and sharing engaging job ads across job boards, social media, and your network
- Interviewing and assessing candidates to find the perfect fit
- Building new client relationships and discovering new opportunities
- Partnering closely with centres to fill roles quickly and effectively
- Supporting candidates throughout their journey and nurturing long-term relationships

To be considered you must have:
We are after someone who is confident in recruitment especially in childcare, healthcare, or white collar sectors. If you are an experienced consultant who is keen to move into the Early Childhood space, we have the training and support to help you thrive.

It is also advantageous for you to have:

- Previous experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant
- Experience working to and exceeding targets and deliverables
- Developed candidate management and interview skills
- Strong time management and critical thinking ability
- A positive, energetic attitude and a resilient mindset
- Leadership experience and the drive to grow a team
