Excellent organisational, networking and communications skills are essential. Creativity, flexibility, and a can-do attitude are also beneficial for enjoying this role and making Wellways events a stand-out success.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Implement the rollout of the planned event series of the Wellways and Carer Gateway marketing plan
- Create event briefs and work with the internal design and communications teams to ensure efficient development and delivery of event assets.
- Provide advice on event best practices to internal stakeholders
- Helped identify, plan, and implement opportunities to promote Wellways at regional and state-based conferences, expos, and events.
- Be flexible to respond to short-notice event requests as part of our advocacy and PR activities

You will also need:

- Relevant Tertiary Qualifications in event or project management, marketing, communications or relevant work experience
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in similar or project management role
- Available for frequent travel to New South Wales and Queensland
- Availability to participate in some out-of-hours work activities as required
- Undertake or be willing to undertake verification of key qualifications and accreditations, working with Children Check and NDIS Workers Screening Check, National Police Records Check and NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate
- Evidence of the right to work unrestricted in Australia
