Overview

Go back Cambridge University Hospital NHS Foundation Trust

East of England Neurosurgery Network Audit and Delivery Analyst

The closing date is 30 September 2025

As the EoE NN Audit and Delivery Analyst, you will support the EoE NN team to consistently capture and record clinical and operational data in line with the 2025/6 EoE NN work plan, focusing on three workstreams relevant to areas of the Neurosurgery Network Specification: Productivity ("Service delivery"), Audit ("Quality") and Digital solutions ("Resources").

You will contribute to:

- Analysis of neurosurgical performance at CUH relevant to the Recovery High Impact Changes (RHIC) and using the Network evaluation tool.
- Delivery of the network-agreed rolling audit programme (in partnership with the National Neurosurgery Audit Programme, NNAP).
- Pilot of the Liverpool Head Injury Tomography Score (HITS) in the EoE, in partnership with Orion MedTech.

Main duties of the job

Your tasks will include data cleansing and validation of clinical data. If appointed, you will work closely with the EoE NN team and clinicians to understand and highlight data inaccuracies, consistently verifying completed audits, and will collate data to oversee performance of the Neurosurgery Service, producing reports on schedule.

You will also provide broader support to other network workstreams and the EoE NN team, including communications, as required.

This is an inclusive role and we welcome all applicants.
